5-Year Replacement Guarantee – We are so confident in the quality and workmanship of the BaxMAX that we Guarantee yours will remain in good working condition for 5 Years from the date you receive it.  This means that if any part of the product fails, including Velcro, pulley cable, or any moving part, we consider it to be defective and will replace it with a new one.   If your BaxMAX fails, simply email us or call our Customer Support number at 1-888-422-9629 (Monday - Friday, 9am – 5pm EST) and we will arrange for your BaxMAX to be replaced.
